About the role:
Maxxton, a leading SaaS company specializing in reservation and property management systems for holiday park operators, campsite groups, and the vacation rental industry, is seeking a candidate with a passion for communication and digital marketing. With over 25 years of experience and rapid expansion, we are looking for a native English speaker to join our team.
Who we are looking for:
- Understand how the product works and how it is used by customers.
- Work closely with customers to answer queries about features and capabilities of our product.
- Interact with customers on/off-site to troubleshoot issues.
- Provide workarounds by leveraging your troubleshooting skills.
- Provide suggestions on how to configure the product based on customer requirement
- Carry out the configuration tasks and encourage customers to do these tasks on their own.
- Develop knowledge-based articles for both customer and internal staff to reduce troubleshooting time and drive faster issue resolution.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, mentor-ship to team members.
- Follow and contribute to existing processes to manage customer requests efficiently.
- Role may involve travel to customer locations.
